Dear Toast do you read these reviews? login doom loop is still rampant. UPDATE IN 2026 STILL Stuck in a login loop: prompts me to log in then takes me to the mobile web app and never logs me into Toast Now app. Login prompt is all I get. Has happened randomly over and over.

Good POS but bad backend. The system is good, actually better than most. If you like me and spend your time working on menus, reports, payroll prepare to pull your hair out. Just to log in takes 5(!!!) steps. You get logged out in 10 min and have to start over on landing page. Make sure to negotiate CC fees. They wanted to put me on 35 basis points and 10c/transaction. You can get down to half if you are tough. Besides that it's very reliable.

great app, features are super simple to navigate to. maybe a faster way to use the time card section or verify clocked in employees. overall amazing app for Toast!
