BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Pvt Ltd) formerly UTV and Bloomberg English News Channel which was known as BTVI, Same BTVI is now known as Hindi News channel TNP News as well as BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Pvt Ltd) which was earlier Anil Dhirubhai Ambani’s group company, now it has been acquired by TNP Group.
The total authorized capital of BBNPL (Business Broad Cast News Private Limited) is 1500 crores and paid up capital is 1290 crores. The basic objective and scope of BBNPL is to fulfill the dream of self-reliant and digital India of Hon'ble Prime Minister, to the youth of rural areas who are economically backward and dreams of becoming self-reliant, making it meaningful, have to provide knowledge and skills of journalism and help them to become self-reliant in the field of journalism.
