It has now been over 10 months since the services were delivered. We highly recommend exercising caution when engaging with this client.

2024-02-22	Th*****	DO NOT waste your money on this trainer app service. I've given it a legitimate good length of time in hopes that there would be more development or updates, but there's been none. I've tried multiple trainer apps, and this one has been the worst. It crashes almost weekly, and there's no tech support or phone number to call. I've lost a significant amount of money due to unhappy clients. A lot more than what the annual cost of the app was. Don't lose money like I have!

2023-04-23	de*****	App is not usable several times and typically can't get correct until a day or so later causing me to not be able to use for clients. I have to then hand write everything, just to type it out when it's working again.

2022-06-28	Mi*****	Lots of issues with this app. Currently not working at all so I can't access any of my client's programmes when I have a full day of clients! The whole purpose of this app was to take you away from using pen and paper but unfortunately this is a more reliable way. Very unimpressed and frustrated. No reply from help desk and the issue started yesterday.

2021-05-30	Be*****	I have been using this app for a few years now. It is potentially very well structured and it does offer almost everything you might need, however there are still many bugs that need to be fixed. They have been always very responsive whenever I raised an issue, which is a mega-plus. Plenty of room for improvement but they totally know that! Trust the process 👌🏼

2020-09-22	St*****	Would not recommend at all. Downloaded and tried to have a look at the functions before deciding if this is the app I wanted to use. Free trial but can't add a client (meant to be able to add 3). Can't set up a template to look at it . No access to the par-q to look at. Although the timer worked fine. Will just pay the higher price for PT distinction.
