D — Disability / neurological status
E — Exposure and environmental control

REAL PATIENT RESPONSES

Each decision updates patient vitals in real time — heart rate, blood pressure, SpO2, respiratory rate, GCS, and temperature. Correct interventions appear on the patient body visualization. Wrong choices trigger visible deterioration.
