TMRW

TMRW puts your complete health picture in your pocket. It is the companion app for members of the TMRW platform, giving you a client-side view of your own health results alongside your TMRW clinicians and health coaches.

The main purpose of TMRW is to let you see and track your own health and test results over time, including biomarker and lab results (such as those from finger-prick and blood tests) provided through your TMRW membership.

Please note: TMRW is a companion app and requires an active TMRW membership to sign in. It is not a standalone app.

Connecting external devices is optional. You can choose to link wearables and health apps you already use (for example Apple Health, Health Connect, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Polar and Strava) to add more data, but they are not required to use the app.

- View and track your own biomarker and lab results over time
- See your personalised health dashboard wherever you are
- Optionally connect the health apps and wearables you already use
- Understand your data with clear, easy-to-read insights
