WMS

Workforce Management System (WMS) is an easy-to-access app to apply and manage all types of leaves and WFH (work-from-home) requests for TMotions staff. It keeps track of your sick leave, casual leave, earned leave, comp-offs, short leaves, and work-from-home requests.
By using this application, the leaves can be applied and approved/disapproved easily anytime anywhere using a mobile phone. Notifications pop up on the screen whenever any request is made by an employee or any action on the requests is taken by the managers which ensures that first-hand information is conveyed to the user.
Here are some of the functions that can be accomplished on the WMS App.

Employees
1. OTP login using TMotions email id
2. Apply sick leave, casual leave, short leave, earned leave, and comp-off
3. Apply WFH request
4. Withdraw the applied request which is pending for approval
5. Request for cancellation of the approved request
6. View total pending and granted leave counts
7. View the holiday calendar

Manager
1. Switch between the employee view and the manager view
2. Approve and disapprove the teams’ leave requests
3. View the list of on-leave team members
4. View leave transaction details of all the team members
