2026-07-28	Ca*****	app wouldn't accept payment for working debit card. would act like it took the payment but then there wouldn't be a payment receipt. had to pay through a different app in the end as this one doesn't work. almost had phone shut off due to it not taking my payment. support was just an ai that didn't understand what the problem was. it's like the app would glitch and go to home screen every time I entered payment info.

This has been an infuriating experience and a waste of my time on my trip.
