The application offers an agenda with the list of daily actions to be carried out, the entry and monitoring of medical constants and indicators, the consultation of content adapted to the pathology of patients and a space for the exchange of messages and secure documents with medical teams.
It was designed to ensure multipathological monitoring of patients and is available in several languages.

The apTeleCare solution is certified as a medical device, and all the data collected is stored at an approved hosting provider for Health Data Hosting (HDS).
