Functionally, the app is not user friendly. It was optimized for iOS, you have to manually refresh pages multiple times a day, and the entire UI is hard to navigate. Update as of 12/26/24: Their customer service is AWFUL. The fact that my coworkers and I have had to put up with this garbage program for years now blows my mind! It's like the company literally doesn't care about fixing bugs, AT ALL. I HATE TMA, and would NEVER recommend this piece of hot garbage to anyone! Steer FAR clear!
