Constant crashing and failure to open messages.
Inability to send or receive MMS, GIFs, or images.
Poor notification system, leading to missed messages.
Lack of customization options (e.g., dark mode, vibrate settings).

Recent reviews

Cons: No vibrate setting; it's either muted or uses a notification sound. Can't receive attachments; pictures and even contact cards come in as "attachment" that look like a URL, which when opened, prompts a download of a file you can't do anything with. Had to switch default messenger to the native app, download a contact card, and then switch back to Enterprise. Pros: None. I only use this because it's required on my work phone, but because of the notifications issue, I have to keep half an eye on it all the time or turn up the sound.

Worst messaging app ever. Half the time it won't send a new text, half the time I click on a message and it opens a completely different message, half the time the notifications works. Absolute nightmare to use.
