I signed up for a 7-day trial of this app, but when I tried to log in, I was unable to do so. The system prompted me to sign up again, which I found concerning and immediately contacted support via the email provided on the website to cancel the trial before being charged. Upon checking my Google account, I discovered that the delivery was incomplete. Today, 5/2, I was charged $60 for an app I have never used. I request a full refund.
