Ensō: Meditation Timer

Ensō is a minimalist meditation timer for anyone who wants to meditate without distractions — perfect for mindfulness, relaxation, focus or winding down for sleep.

No notifications, no ads, no gamification and no internet required: because it works offline, you can meditate anywhere. Just you and your time.

Try it free for 7 days, with no charge. The app shows how many days remain in your trial right on the main screen.

Draw your meditation time by dragging the circle. Choose an ambient sound to accompany your practice — ocean, rain, campfire, singing bowls and more — and let the meditation bell mark the intervals.

Sit, breathe and be present.

PHILOSOPHY

Less is more.

Inspired by the Zen symbol of the Ensō — the circle of wholeness and presence — the app doesn't try to teach you how to meditate, track your progress or keep you hooked.

No notifications, no gamification, no distractions.

Just you and your time.
