2024-11-09	Ch*****	That app is horrible. The center is constantly having issues posting pictures and that app constantly signs me out if I go to the music section. The opening screen and the ad to go to the store every time I log in is super annoying. TLE is already ridiculously expensive. Stop trying to get more money from me every time I go into the app. All it does is remind me how I over priced the school is.

2024-10-11	Da*****	Not great. The app is slow and clunky. The interface is cluttered and non-intuitive. The design and layout of the app appears to be more focused on advertising and selling additional products, like books, songs, games, etc. I only use it because I have to- for door access at the daycare

2024-10-03	Ch*****	Had to uninstall and reinstall again to get access. Overstimulating to use, even as an adult. The guerilla marketing of their branded content and store is too much. If the staff wasn't so amazing we'd be going elsewhere. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The app was working great even with the door access. Now the app also includes books, games, videos, store, music and I can't get the door access to work or reliably get notifications to work.

2024-10-01	Co*****	This app tries to do WAY TOO MUCH and the one thing that it NEEDS to do, it does not do well. Consistent issues with loading my child's information. The games and shop and all the fluffy bs needs to be separate from the important stuff. Parents NEED access to their child's daily info NOT games or videos. Before the notifications weren't working, now they are but I click on the app and it doesn't load. I very consistently have issues getting it to load. This is getting ridiculous..

2024-09-26	An*****	Door access doesn't work on pixel phones. (Pick 9 pro xl, pixel 8a). Is that unnecessary animation splash screen, that hard to make auto-skip? Why are you adding one more tap to your users, every single time? Maybe consider getting a better product owner and QA team. Also, the notifications are a mess and pretty much ignore the settings set by the user.

2024-09-24	Da*****	My biggest issue is that there is an ad everytime I open it to check on my child's status. I pay 1500$+ a month, do I truly have to be squeezed more? Additional issues, notifications work when they want to, setup is not user friendly, the excessive animations on launch cause it to freeze. Overall, 1/5 stars.

2024-09-18	Sh*****	Your notifications do not work and haven't worked for months. I've uninstalled multiple times. I sent multiple messages to your help desk and have gotten no response. So a 1 star review until it is fixed. I need the notifications to work because I keep missing important messages. Update! Notifications work. It's a great app. My review will simply change when the app is working or not working.

2024-09-06	sa*****	I really wish this app will get separated into two separate apps one dedicated for Bubble and Friends store, music and videos stuff and another just for Show n Tell. I don't use the store part much and really use the app to keep myself up to date about my kid through out the day. With the recent update, there are multiple clicks I need to do in order to see the update instead of the old layout. I really wish the app gets updated so that the parent get option to select what default view.

I get pictures and announcements, but do not get supply requests and activities (the app is updated and notifications are all turned on, just some are not coming through). The newest update got rid of the photos button at the bottom, having to go to the side menu and look for photos tab is absolutely inconvenient and annoying, bring the button at the bottom of the page back please. I just need the log and pics, everything else is useless to me.
