FARM & FARMER MANAGEMENT
Register and manage farmers with GPS-pinned farm locations. Field agents can access the full farmer directory, record farm details, and update information directly from the field.

DELIVERY RECORDING
Record avocado deliveries from farm to packhouse — capturing weight, variety, and grade per delivery. Every delivery is linked to a farmer and batch for full traceability.

BATCH & GRADING
Create and manage grading batches. Record export, domestic, and reject grade quantities. Track each batch from open through packed and shipped.

PAYMENTS & DISBURSEMENTS
Manage farmer payments end-to-end: create payment runs, approve and disburse funds, and sync records to QuickBooks. Finance teams get a live view of pending and completed payments.

INVOICES & KRA eTIMS COMPLIANCE
Issue invoices that automatically submit to Kenya Revenue Authority's eTIMS OSCU system. View KRA receipt numbers and compliance status, and retry failed submissions — all from your phone.

EXPORT SHIPMENT LABELS
Generate and print QR-coded carton labels for export shipments. Scan any label to instantly trace a crate back to its farm of origin.

QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION
