Tiquemax Pass

Tiquemax Pass is the official app for those who buy tickets at tiquemax.com. Log in with your ID and have all your purchases in your pocket, without PDFs or lost emails.

YOUR TICKETS, READY FOR THE DOOR
• Each ticket with its QR code and details of the section, table, and seat.

• Automatic maximum brightness when opening a ticket, so the reader scans it the first time.

• The QR code appears when the event enables it; before then, you see the exact date it will be available.

ALL YOUR PURCHASES IN ONE PLACE
• Your next event on the home screen with a countdown.

• Purchase history with the status of each ticket: available, in installments, or pending.

PAY YOUR INSTALLMENTS FROM THE APP
• If you bought in installments, check how much you've paid, how much is left, and the due date.

• Register your next payment using Zelle, Pago Móvil, or other event payment methods, with the equivalent in bolivars or pesos at the day's exchange rate.

• Copy the bank details with one tap and attach the receipt.

TRANSFER OR SELL YOUR TICKETS
• Gift a ticket to someone else: they receive the link via WhatsApp and accept it with their ID.

• List a ticket on the event's official resale platform at your chosen price.

• Available only for events that allow it.

GET IN FASTER
• Log in with your ID and a verification code via WhatsApp.

• Activate a passkey and log in with your fingerprint or facial recognition next time.

Tiquemax Pass does not sell tickets: purchases are made at tiquemax.com and appear here automatically.
