The dashboard shows today's progress toward your daily calorie goal with a clean progress ring, plus a bar for each macro (protein, carbs, fat) against its own target. A seven-day trend chart shows how your calorie intake compares across the past week at a glance.

Set your own daily calorie and macro goals to match your plan, and edit them anytime. Every food logged today is listed for quick review and can be removed if you made a mistake. All data stays on your device.
