Tiny Start is a lightweight offline productivity tool designed to help people break through procrastination by turning an avoided task into one clear two minute starter action. Instead of asking users to finish a large project at once, it gently reduces pressure, uncertainty, perfectionism, boredom, and low energy into a tiny next step that can be started immediately. Users can enter a task, choose the reason they feel stuck, generate a simple action, split bigger work into smaller steps, use a focused two minute timer, save useful actions, delete actions they no longer need, and track completed wins locally. The app works fully on device with no account, no login, no cloud sync, no ads, no API calls, and no network permission, so private tasks remain on the user's phone.
