2025-01-22	Mi*****	App works satisfactory, Developers could make it better One issues they can work upon is Real time update: App gives update when phone is awake, but once phone goes to sleep, updates are not notified in real time, all notifications comes in batch whenever phone gets unlocked, whereas other apps like whatsapp gives out notification in real time.

2024-12-26	Nr*****	Developer should include an option to reboot the node from the app. The smart switch is not responding after few days of use. It takes few mins to turn on after it is switched on from the app. It might work after a soft-reset/reboot, Which is not possible to do from the app.

2024-08-24	Ar*****	The quality of product is average. And the customer support is also time consuming. The whatsapp customer call is not effective, they keep you waiting for hours. Also the product quality consistence is not ok too. On last 2 months I have 3 products failure. And still not working properly.

2024-08-13	Yo*****	no idea what the issue is with the tinxy device.... it automatically turned on the switched without any schedule and also it is not showing it in the activity logs.... about the same ..... I have connected water motor with this and found that the motor was running at 12 pm with the physical switch in the off mode .... which caused the water tank filled with dirty water......

2023-12-29	As*****	Very good product with an option to control your devices even if those are manually turned on or off. So far awesome experience. I have integrated the devices into my OpenHab solution along with Alexa and Google Home. So far so good. No issues with the integration. However, I cannot integrate the Fan Speed with my home IoT solution. The API provided is not upto the mark and doesn't seems to be a seamless integration.

2023-09-16	Ra*****	Update Sep 2023. Again facing same problem. None of the Tinxy devices are working all of a sudden. Also, some of the devices in 4 node are also not working through manual on/off. Tinxy devices look like experimental solution and are not consistent. Some time App is not working due to server issues, and it is irritating to use when needed. 2022. Update: After using the tixy devices for almost 2 years, I faced a major glitch, and my devices were not working. But technical service was great.
