Tangles Events

A youth centric events management platform which offers a suite of features for youth leaders and community groups to plan, coordinate and deliver successful indoor and outdoor events safely and securely. For participants the app provides community and event chat groups, event sign-up and check in, hike route mapping and tracking and a convenient way to complete consent and information forms and provide and control relevant personal information including dietary and medical information. For event facilitators the app provides event control and management, participant check in, in-event location tracking and access to participant information including relevant health, allergy and dietary information and first aid incident management. User and parental controls protect and limit access to personal information, medical information and location tracking. Event planners control how an event is run, who can join and what information is required to saefly run it.
