TimeWell is a local-first time journal designed to help you understand how you spend your days.

Record everyday activities, review your routines, and see how much time you give to personal goals and important people. TimeWell does not rank or judge your life. Its insights are simply a way to help you see your time more clearly.

Record each part of your day

Add an activity, category, start time, and end time. You can also include a mood, notes, a related goal, or an important person. Use the calendar to add records to previous days whenever needed.

Review your daily timeline

See activities in chronological order alongside periods that have not been recorded. Existing entries can be edited or deleted at any time.

Understand your time

Use weekly and monthly insights to review:

• Total recorded time
• Time distribution by category
• Your most common activities
• Your fullest day
• Changes from the previous period

Track personal goals

Create goals for reading, exercise, study, or anything else that matters to you. When a time record is linked to a goal, its duration is added to your progress automatically.

Remember important people

Add family members, friends, partners, colleagues, or other important people. Link them to time records to reflect on the time you have spent together.

Visualize a life in time

Use your birth date and a reference age to view life through years, weeks, and estimated weekends. These visualizations are for personal reflection only. They are not life-expectancy predictions, medical advice, or professional guidance.

• Biometric information remains under operating-system control and is never stored by TimeWell

Local backup and restore

Create a complete local backup and choose where to save it. You can also rename the file before saving. Restore records, categories, goals, important people, and settings after reinstalling the app or moving to another device.

Backup files remain under your control. Store them in a trusted location.
