Time Track Central

Time Track Central is an extension for Business Central, combined with a web application (SPA) to easily manage and approve time sheets, manage absences, resource capacity and do payroll exports. The Business Central extension contains all the business logic for the front end, but also the mandatory configuration and tools to streamline hour registration in your projects.

Time Track Central comprises five main modules:

- Time and Absence Management for Easily book time and absences.
- Payroll Options: Seamlessly integrate with external payroll systems or use the standard payroll from Business Central.
- Expense and Mileage Management: Upload receipts directly into Business Central for efficient expense tracking.
- Capacity Management: An extension of the standard capacity management in Business Central, making it easier to maintain availability for teams and generate reports on time distribution.
- Work Reports: Create digital work reports, allowing you to send one comprehensive report for multiple staff members.
Each module features a workflow for the approval of time, work, vacations, and expenses.

The system uses the existing time sheet and absence functionality within Business Central and extends it were needed. Other related functionality like resources, employees, jobs and capacity is also fully utilized.
