Once your organization configures the TimeTell 9 software with the App module, you gain anywhere access to manage your hours, projects, and leave requests efficiently.

The app enables features including booking hours on activities, projects, and customers, designating billable hours, submitting expenditures for costs and travel, clocking in and out, and managing leave requests with real-time leave balance viewing. Additionally, you can view and edit both your own and colleagues' calendars, convert appointments into hour bookings, view customer contact details directly from your calendar, and access reception lists and exportable calamity reports. Functionality is tailored based on your TimeTell authorization profile, ensuring a personalized experience. To get started, users need credentials and connection details provided by their TimeTell administrator. Note that using GPS continuously may reduce battery life.
