2025-01-08	An*****	Exacly what I wanted! Except for one thing... it's not on WearOS! If this was on my smartwatch it would be a 5*, easy. I don't need the description system (maybe just like, some colors to pick from instead), just the "tap - current time saved in the list" part is all I need.

While it worked correctly the first time, making the description, such as the name of medicine, and then click on it, then it marked it with a time stamp. But to pull it up again and click on it as if it was tomorrow, taking it again, it wouldn't do it. And there's no way to click on what I entered every day, to log it every day. And that's what's needed. Uninstalling.
