PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

TimePally is built to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

The camera only activates during enrolment and clock-in. Nothing is recorded the rest of the time.

All data travels over HTTPS, encrypted in transit.

When you remove a staff member or student, their biometric data is permanently deleted right away. We don't keep face data after someone leaves.

Your organisation owns its attendance data. We process it on your behalf and don't share it with third parties.

Face recognition runs on the device itself. Your team's faces aren't sent to outside services for matching.
