2026-08-14	Ke*****	I really enjoy the app. The memories are totally worthy having this app. One day, the app wouldn't update, and it wouldn't allow me to open the app to keep my streak going. I was distraught. So, I contacted the Help Desk and they were about to restore a significant amount of my days.

2026-08-12	Sy*****	I love almost everything about this app, and am on something like 2500 days. my only issue is that in the most recent update seems to have removed the option to hide individual photos. I have shared galleries with other members of the household, and up seeing a bunch of screenshots and other images I'm not interested in. It makes the days a little more taxing to look through than exciting.

2026-08-09	Ta*****	I don't understand why you guys had to change things so much- ever since the most recent update, I can't hide memories, I can't see where they were originally posted, this has been going on since at least June when I contacted customer service. They said they were having issues & would fix it as soon as possible and get back to me, but nobody has and everything is still screwed up. I've done everything that was recommended: uninstalled, reinstalled, clear the cache, NOTHING WORKED 😡

2026-08-06	Br*****	I've had this app for years. Recently it hasn't been working properly. I can't hide or share memories. I've sent a request and got one email over a week ago. Still nothing fixed. The app is up to date. Very frustrating! Update-As you can see timehop responded. The app still isn't working properly. Nothing has been fixed so I've moved down to 1 star.
