AppMinutes: Screen Time

AppMinutes is a simple screen time tracker and app usage tracker that helps you understand your daily phone usage without blocking apps.

Choose the apps you want to monitor, set a daily screen time target for each one, and see your progress throughout the day. AppMinutes keeps your most important app usage information visible in a live notification, so you do not need to repeatedly open another dashboard.

LIVE SCREEN TIME NOTIFICATION

Keep your daily app usage progress visible directly in your notification panel.

The live notification shows:

• Total usage across your tracked apps
• Progress toward your combined daily targets
• Remaining screen time for the day
• The three apps closest to or already over their targets
• Individual app usage percentages

You can track more than three apps. Only the three most urgent apps appear in the notification, while every selected app continues to be tracked.

Select the installed apps that matter to you and assign a separate daily target to each one.

Review recent phone usage and understand how your habits change over time.

The History screen includes:

• Daily tracked-app usage
• Weekly screen time totals
• Daily averages
• Progress toward combined targets
• App-by-app usage breakdowns
• On-track, near-target and over-target indicators

Usage information comes from Android Usage Access and may update with a short delay.

PRIVATE APP USAGE TRACKING

Your tracked app names, package names, daily targets and detailed usage history remain stored locally on your device.

AppMinutes does not require an account and does not upload your detailed screen time history to an AppMinutes server.

Limited Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics information may be used to understand general feature usage and diagnose stability problems. Tracked app names, package names, exact usage history and exact targets are not intentionally included.
