2024-12-22	Ta*****	At first on the season games I kept getting code error 3. Now it states you have to pass level 30. I'm on level 678. I'm well past 30. I played it yesterday. What is going on? I tried to contact support through the game but it doesn't all me to send it. Please fix it. Update. Still noone has fixed the events section. I'm on level 372 and I can't play it. Why? I lowered my stars because still noone has gotten back to me about the season events not working anymore.

2024-11-18	Ca*****	I love this game, I'm past level 1,000, but I haven't had any monthly events since Independence Day. Why does my event page say reach level 30 to play event? This is my fave game, please fix it & I'll give you 5 stars. My 2nd review about this was during the 1st week of October, cause I was really looking forward to a Halloween event. I am way past level 30.... what is going on? I tried reinstalling the game too. Please fix this. Oh you updated July 18th... that tracks... ☹️😤

2024-07-11	To*****	Game keeps locking up, also as you play the game it lets you know how many icons you have to eliminate, even though all have been eliminated it's still showing you have to do two or three more when none are on the screen. Has this becomes a problem you lose your progress please fix issues. A person gets tired of constantly having to reload the game and start over from the beginning.

2024-07-08	Ma*****	I really want to enjoy this game but I have several times hit levels that are impossible to win. Not just difficult but really there is no way to win no matter how many moves. I re-installed the game and started over three times in the last few weeks but still keep hitting this impossible level. Probably just un-install. I definitely would not pay to play this one.

2024-06-21	Pa*****	I've been playing this game for a very long time but last night I was unable to load it. When I tried to open it, it got to about 19% and then the app just closed on it's own. All my settings are right: speed, internet connection, wi-fi, etc. I have tried multiple times today as well and still, no game. Do I need to update my game or what? This is very frustrating as I'm on a really high level and don't want to delete and start over

2024-06-21	S.*****	I really enjoy this game. I've enjoyed iit so much that I am currently on level 2303. But I am now faced with an issue. Level 2303 shows 6 wood boxes 📦 that I have to crush. There are only 3 boxes 📦 shown on screen. But the other 3 📦 are not showing up on screen. And I can't go to the next level until I get rid of them all. Please fix this issue. Thanks

I'm not sure what happened, but for the last 2 or 3 days whenever I try to open the game, it stops at 95% and then I get an error message that it needs an internet connection. No other game I play is having issues. I have tried wifi, mobile data, restarting my phone, Uninstalling and reinstalling the game with no luck. If the issues are fixed I will gladly change my rating, but if I can't play, what good is it

2024-01-26	Le*****	Wow, most peeps have issues with the game having glitches. I'm using an S22+, and so far very few issues, which i found a work around. For my device, if there's a glitch/bug i go directly to my home screen and open the app again (without closing the app) and it seems to resume without a hitch. Hope this helps some of you. I found other backs, but i ain't sharing because the developer might fix that to our disadvantage 😅 P.s. i can't go past level 2402, it just restarts a series of challenge

2023-06-14	Ni*****	I love this game! But I have to uninstall because everytime I play it freezes! I have to take out my battery & restart my phone! PLEASE GET THIS FIXED! I am bummed out I have to take it off my phone. That's why only a 2! If it works correctly a 5+. I tried to play the game again(6/14/23) but it still does the same thinh! Glitches & freezing my phone so I take out the battery &restart but it still has the same problems! Bummer!

2023-06-09	Gr*****	The higher the level I get, the worse it works. No one responds to emails, there's no where to report technical issues. No tech support. Loading issues, error codes, every thing that's wrong keeps changing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Poor quality at best. Such a shame too, Because I played it a lot. Probably more than I should.
