Per-app notification routing
Stop relying on one kind of alert for everything. Assign flash alerts, vibration and sound independently for each app. A long flash for calls, a quick vibration for messages, a custom tone for your security camera — all at once, without conflict.

Custom blink and vibration patterns
Know which app fired without looking at the screen:
• Blink patterns — set on/off timing, repeat count and maximum duration per app
• Vibration patterns — choose intensity and rhythm per app
• Multi-sensory signatures — combine flash, vibration and sound into one recognisable pattern

Frequency-specific alert tones
Standard notification sounds sit at 2–4 kHz, a range where many people hear less. Tilin includes preset frequency bands (low, mid-low, mid, mid-high, high) so you can pick tones in the range you hear best. Built-in calibration takes under 2 minutes.

Audiogram-based calibration
Enter your audiogram data and Tilin matches alert frequencies to your hearing profile. Tilin is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat hearing loss.

Urgency classification
Tilin looks at category, importance, keywords and time of day to rank urgency. Critical notifications break through quiet hours, low-priority ones stay silent. Correct any classification and it learns.

Quiet hours and Do Not Disturb override
Set quiet hours per day of the week. Mark apps as critical so their alerts bypass quiet hours and Do Not Disturb. When quiet hours end, you get a summary of what you missed.

Context automation
Create contexts (Work, Sleep, Weekend) with their own routing rules. Switch by hand, or let time-of-day rules and Google Calendar events switch for you.

Activity log and service health
Every alert fired, every service restart, every error — timestamped and searchable. The health monitor runs continuous checks and shows a live status indicator.

Built to keep running, not just to say "Enabled"
Other notification apps show "Enabled" while doing nothing in the background. Tilin is built differently:
• Foreground service — always active, visible in your status bar, never silently killed
• Survives reboots — restarts itself every time the device boots
• Earned green dot — turns green only once the boot receiver, notification listener and foreground service are all confirmed running
• Error alerts — if the torch or vibration fails, you are told immediately
• Stuck-torch recovery — if anything goes wrong mid-flash, the torch switches off
