2024-11-28	Ki*****	Very bad service, ordering food in online then taking order we paid the amount through mobile money, once payment is deducted customer care informs they don't have some item's... So it's cancelled some item's then they say once balance food will delivered the balance amout will credit to our account, after 15 hour's no response, customer care also not giving proper answer second time onwards not picking the phone...

First time was almost impossible to find their contact details, this time around there isn't a single customer service agent via phone or WhatsApp that attends to queries on weekends during the day.. literally will never ever use this app ever again! because how are you going to take my money and then not have a way for me to contact you when YOUR app is faulty?! tsek!

2023-11-19	Mw*****	Worst experience I've ever had using a food delivery app. Not only did they not have what I order at the store but they would not refund my money which they had no problem accepting. Their customer service doesn't work at all, I sent several messages and got no help. Calling today and they are telling me to wait till Monday. So I should starve for three days. If you know you don't have the items then why let someone pay for them? Especially when you know you won't be willing to refund them.

2023-06-20	Mw*****	You're better off walking to the restaurant, picking your food, and walking back than using this app. I ordered food, got a call from the restaurant really quickly, but then the rider never called. I waited two whole hours for fast food, called the app listed rider to get some excuse of my phone being off, then 40 minutes later got my order from a different rider. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Requested for a refund and it's been 5 days and still nothing 3. The numbers they use to contact you don't go through after 17 hrs making communication difficult 4. The app is inoperable when it receives the least bit of traffic 5. The restaurant I ordered from advised that I should use a different app next time as these guys are unreliable
