Pros

Items being removed from basket unexpectedly during checkout or when editing payment details.

Edited from previous review loving the updates only thing that would make it exceptional and I'm sure this has been on previous versions is being able to check store stock even if no stock online, and it has to have that size too, I'm sure previously you could amend size/colour in check

First time ordering online through the app and tried click and collect! What a disaster Newlook not only has the items never arrived it's impossible to get to through to customer service and you only speak to bots. I won't use you guys for online order ever again. Rubbish customer service and no updates on the app.
