GIIN（ギイン） - 国会議事録・AI要約・政治学習・議員

"GIIN" is a new style of Diet record and political learning app that lets you follow Diet members and their topics and easily read Diet discussions in a chat format.
Why not get a real political experience by checking Diet members' "real-life statements (primary information)" directly, rather than just reading information from the media or social media?

[Recommended for]
・Those who are not satisfied with TV coverage and are concerned about bias
・Those who want to know Diet members' everyday statements and thoughts in order to help them decide who to vote for in the election
・Those who want to follow discussions on specific topics (economy, constitution, childcare support, etc.)
・Students and job seekers studying politics and economics or contemporary society
・Those in business who want to stay up-to-date on legal reforms and policy trends

[GIIN Main Features]
👤 1. Follow Diet Members and Track Them on a Timeline
By following Diet members (House of Representatives or House of Councillors), you can view a selection of their statements.
You can keep track of the activities of your favorite Diet members and politicians you're interested in.
You can also check speakers other than politicians, such as witnesses and expert witnesses.

🏷️ 2. Keyword (Word) Following Feature
Register keywords of interest, such as "consumption tax," "free education," and "constitutional amendment."
The app will automatically collect Diet statements containing those words.
You can understand the current discussions in the Diet on topics of interest in real context.

💬 3. Quickly Read Minutes with a Chat UI
Presents tedious Diet minutes in a familiar messaging app-like UI, instead of the usual formal ones.
Each statement is displayed in a speech bubble, allowing you to see the flow of the conversation at a glance.
Intuitive operation allows you to smoothly browse extensive records.

✨ 4. Instantly Understand the Key Points of Discussion with AI Summarization
Using the latest generative AI models, it summarizes the content of long discussions and responses in an easy-to-understand manner.
The AI automatically summarizes "statement characteristics," "flow of discussion," and "decisions," allowing even busy people to quickly grasp the content.

📚 5. Overwhelming Archive (Meeting List Search)
Includes every Diet session, from the first in May 1947 to the most recent.
You can search by year, month, or meeting name to revisit historical responses and important discussions.

Why Primary Sources Now?

News programs and online articles often omit portions of statements due to time constraints or editorial policy.
Fraud and misinformation are also rampant on social media.
With GIIN, you can see the "true content of statements" including the context, allowing you to make your own fact-checking judgments.

About the Data Used
While this app utilizes official minutes data, it is an independent app unrelated to the government or any specific political party or organization.
It was developed from a neutral standpoint, pursuing ease of use.

It's completely free and ready to use, with no membership registration required.

First, try searching for the lawmaker or keyword you're interested in.
