2024-06-22	Ta*****	Useless App, i couldn't create an account because of an error ( password and confirm password are not the same) which i checked and changed the password 3 times and still same error occurs if from the beginning i can't create an account that says it all And i have contacted the maintenance team several times in the past 2 months with no response in WhatsApp and phone calls I don't understand for what these people are getting paid their salaries for.

2024-03-12	Ch*****	Same as with the other complaints, this app is useless! The technicians will mention raising a ticket. However, there is no show! No escaltion, and if you want to use an emergency, it will be charged for AED105. What a stupid policy?? Since we moved in, there are a lot of issues in our apartment, and take note that we have a toddler! The AC was not working for more than a week, and it happened again for 4 days now. Still, no one showed up. When you tried to call their landline, no answer! 0 ⭐️!

2023-04-29	sh*****	Do your service properly as everytime were applying for any kind of service there is a payment..like seriously it's already paid for the whole year yet still u need to pay . Even your maintenance person are horrible as they are.. Without getting them paid separately, they will not fix it..

Even no response for call or messages.. Google must check like this fake application and ban from market to avoid public get frustration.

2022-09-24	cy*****	The worst service app ever. They never respond. The maintenance team does not even complete their job fully. The time slot means nothing to them and they will just show up anytime of the day. The chat is unresponsive. Very bad service. 👎

There was an issue with my air conditioner three times in the past month, and each time the technician turned up and told me "the AC was working fine" and left. The app does not have an option for escalating this issue or requesting a refund. Consider a service that you pay for, but the problem doesn't get solved and you can't get a refund from the provider. HORRIBLE!!
