Creating a Counter : Set up any event you want to follow:

Enter a clear Event Name.

Set the Starting Value with simple plus/minus buttons.

Tap "Save" to add it to your list.

Detailed View : Tap any counter to see the details:

View the current Progress (numerical value or chart).

Manage the counter with options to Reset the count, Edit Name, or Delete the tracker entirely.
