you dont get instant access to your tickets. be careful of buying tickets at events outside of US and Canada because you cant resell tickets if you are not longer able to attend. Customer service is awful. took 3 tries and over a week for anyone to answer me. I am not stuck with $1000 worth of tickets I can't relist and no actually tickets to take to another site as they recommend to resell.
