2024-05-05	D *****	IF THE GOAL TO PURCHASING TICKETS AND ACCESSING THEM WAS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, TICKET WEB WOULD GET 5 STARS! There is no way to access previously purchased tickets without an account or confirmation number. I purchased tickets from the venue using the TicketWeb website a month ago. The concert is less than a week out & the web site & app have no way to access the tickets without an account or confirmation number! My bank account was charged a month ago, but can't find any way to access tickets.

2023-11-05	Ke*****	Had the exact same experieince as Tia Kelly described. Probably the worst e-ticket app available. The app does not provide you electronic tickets on your phone, can't find your account, says your credentials don't match, blah blah blah. Unreal that we have to print pdfs in 2023 in order to access a show. Worst app ever.
