2024-06-17	Fa*****	Worst ticket company ever. They charged me 400 dollars for two tickets, stating there were multiple areas in the venue when it was a ground venue and no sitting. When I get to the venue, the tickets are actually 35 dollars a piece. Instead of coming to an agreement, I wasn't even asking for the whole thing back. They sent a generic message pretty much saying not there fault. Do you see all their 5 star ratings name is Google user. DO NOT USE THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

2023-07-15	Lo*****	I consider myself plenty capable to order things online, set up plenty of accounts/profiles this is an app that definitely needs some work. Setup an account, wouldn't recognize my account immediately after. Took several attempts to sign up, reset password after several tries for acceptance then it accepted the original password, finally, no tickets in account. After receiving email stating "Good news! Your tickets have arrived". So, we are supposed to 'trust' this app? I want print option.

2022-07-30	An*****	I got confused thinking that it was bought at ticketmaster but it wasn't ticketnetwork a company that steals your money and sells its tickets at high prices I paid $1499 with them and they paid $398 dollars for my tickets and the tickets at ticketmaster are $380 up front to see daddy yankee do not buy here they never answer and they steal your money always buy in tickets master ticketnetwork won $1,100 dollars and I lost $1,100 don't make the mistake I made

I wanted the tickets, not a refund, so I asked. Customer support blamed me I asked for a refund, later it was a miscommunication... I had the effort to call a number to book tickets again. Well, I was not willing to pay more money for the tickets and especially after such a bad experience. I'm upset and angry about the service
