Doorway by TicketFi

Doorway is TicketFi's event-day check-in app for event organizers, venues, promoters, and their authorized event teams. Any organizer can create a TicketFi account at https://auth.ticketfi.ai/sign-up?persona=organizer, create or join an organization, and use Doorway for events managed on TicketFi.

Every admission is validated against the live guest list so duplicate and invalid tickets are caught at the door. If connectivity drops, Doorway clearly shows the connection state and preserves supported event work until it can be safely confirmed with TicketFi again.

Doorway includes:
• QR ticket scanning for fast admission
• Guest-list search by name, ticket type, or code
• Manual check-in when a phone or printed code will not scan
• Live checked-in totals and capacity
• Multi-event switching for authorized event teams

Doorway serves independent event businesses and organizers using TicketFi. It is not an internal employee app and is not limited to a closed list of organizations. Sign-in is required to protect attendee and ticket data. Organization administrators can invite authorized team members to help operate their events.
