Total garbage. They notify you the night before your event, don't include the tickets (not even in spam folder), and you can't contact them until the weekday post event. The App must be for attendees to access their tickets, and related notifications must be sent well in advance to resolve issues.

They will help you all through but when it comes to withdrawing your pay they offer 0 information. Your emails will never be replied and customer service will not give you a call back. They make everything look easy but you'll be on your own trying to get your money. Very disappointed 👎👎👎👎
