Stay Hungry: Daily Reflection

"If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?"

Stay Hungry turns that one question into a simple morning ritual. Open the app, look at yourself in the mirror, hear the question from the 2005 Stanford Commencement speech, and answer honestly: Yes or No.

REFLECT
- Your front camera becomes a mirror, framed by a Rainbow or Beach Ball ring
- A short clip of the Stanford speech plays with on-screen captions
- Answer Yes or No, then write a quick note about why
- Reflect as many times a day as you like; every note is saved with its date and time

BREATHE
- A guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise with a calm animated scene: rain, clouds, sun, a rainbow, and falling leaves

REFLECTIONS
- A timeline of every check-in
- Filter by All, Yes, or No, and tap any entry to edit it

INSIGHTS (one-time unlock)
- Current and best streaks for reflections and breath work
- Charts of your Yes and No answers over time, from one week to one year
- Recurring themes pulled from your own notes
- A last-7-days view of your breath work

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your answers and notes never leave your phone. There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics. The camera is only a live mirror; nothing is recorded or stored.

FREE TO USE
Reflect, Breathe, Reflections, both mirror styles, and captions are free. A single $1.99 purchase unlocks Insights, the option to turn off the splash screen, a short version of the clip that plays only the question, and Hidden Themes. No subscription.
