User reviews show RGPro Connect on Android is largely unusable due to login loops, server errors (501/502), and reliability problems. Many report being stuck between facility selection and login screens, inability to access bookings, and password managers being blocked. Issues persist or worsen after beta updates and on newer devices, with UI elements sometimes off-screen. Support responsiveness is unclear. A few notes of brief periods of workable login or simple check-ins exist, but recurring failures dominate.

I received an email that the app had been updated so that classes could again be booked. I cannot book classes and Play shows the app has not been updated since January 2026.

all the function buttons are blocked by the android default UI. what a joke.

easy to get into a state where you cannot login. Like other comments, avoid using a password manager and that should work. Can't use this app for my membership barcode anymore so it's a waste of time to even have now. Until the devs fix the app, don't waste the time.
