2026-07-18	Je*****	Scam! I sent in one bag and will never do it again. Biggest scam ever. You might sell something for a decent price and think you're going to get a decent amount, but oh no, the buyer had a 70% off coupon and that comes off of your profit. I didn't agree to any coupon but I am forced to accept it-absolutely ridiculous. I have been selling on other platforms for years and I can't believe any one actually sells on this platform. I sent in hundreds of dollars worth of items and got about $60 total.
Scam! I sent in one bag and will never do it again. Biggest scam ever. 2026-07-12	Na*****	If I could give this app 0 stars I definitely would, it's ridiculous how they operate their customer service for the company as well as for the app itself. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from them back in May of 2026, but I never actually received the package through the mail. so no shoes, and no refund at all, it's now July of 2026 and I have to still yet reach any real person regarding my situation. Let alone resolve the issue at hand, I'm very disappointed.
If I could give this app 0 stars I definitely would, it's ridiculous how they operate their customer service for the company as well as for the app itself. 2026-07-11	Co*****	Total scam!! I read thru all info before picking out clothes to send. Everything I sent was in good condition no stains, no hole, some was new!!! They only listed 8 items of 41. One of the eight items listed was a matching set that only 1 of the 2 pieces was listed. Why was half the matching set kept out. Then I get email saying one of my items had sold only for it to be an item not listed!! Donate before using this app!

2026-07-08	Gl*****	I LOVE THREDUP! I find great deals and I get money credits because of my purchases. They sell alot of name brands at very affordable prices. I have moved up in their Loyalty Rewards because of my purchases. I have recommended it to friends and family. It's a great app. I totally recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

2026-07-08	Ta*****	I REALLY LOVE this app. I bought 12 or 14 items with my 1st order. 3 Shirts & the rest were capries & 1 pair of pants. The total was $112.00. The coolest thing is that Thread Up has all of the items. So,unlike other apps like Mercari or the rest of them, you only pay 1 shipping fee, if any. ON other apps, you have to pay shipping from EACH seller. You can filter your size, whether you want brand new items, pretty much brand new, gently worn & so on. Customer service is very helpful.

The last time I ordered, though, items came with obvious signs of wear and tear that were not pictured and were not mentioned in the description. The app also keeps getting worse. When searching with the shop similar option 'apply my sizes' no longer does anything and items are constantly wrongly categorized

2026-07-06	La*****	I've used ThredUP for years, but lately when I want to view all women's clothing, it's just showing me like 5 brands of exercise clothes, despite me buying and filtering by all sorts of brands recently. Very odd.

2026-06-30	Ru*****	The filter and search bar is practically pointless. You put in what you want and it doesn't show you those articles of clothing. For example I could put in a certain type of dress, and it'll just show all the dresses. Or my size, and it'll show me other sizes. It just doesn't work good and makes me have to scroll for eternity to find what I'm actually looking for.
