MyPGx Study

This app is intended for use by participants in the MyPGx study and requires an invitation and activation code from the study site to register. The purpose of the MyPGx study is to learn how people respond to test results and whether this information helps your healthcare providers personalize your medicines to take better care of you. Note: Participation in this study is by invitation only. This study has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate regulatory body, e.g. Institutional Review Board (IRB) or Independent Ethics Committee (IEC).
