2024-11-24	Da*****	You'd think an insurance company this size would invest in developing a good app, right? Dream on. App is slow and clunky at best. Worst part is, it's been like this for years now with little ot no improvement. Their rewards program is dry. Not only the points are outrageously hard to earn but anything redeemable is expensive. AXA gives more for free and at reasonable redemption prices and AIA has a much better app. Shows how much MTL really cares for their customers.
