2026-05-11	Or*****	I love the game, but the only thing that gets extremely annoying is how the upgrades work. I always get stuck on every tier for a bit because it won't let me upgrade! Even though I've already completed the champion upgrades. Aswell as the help/customer service link doesn't work at all.

2026-03-25	Jo*****	I've got no idea how this happened, but my progress somehow regressed? After closing the app and reopening it, my progress regressed back to tier 1 (I was tier 3). All of my horses above tier 1 and 2 are gone, my money and horse shoes are also gone. This really sucks, because I do enjoy the game. If it's possible I'd like to be able to contact support to get my progress back
