Khái niệm về ăn uống rất chuẩn. Mỗi tội cái app rất vớ vẩn. Trên thực tế với cách ăn uống của thế giới hiện đại. Dân số chỉ bao gồm 3 nhóm: 1.Tiểu đường 2. Tiền tiểu đường 3. Những người đang trên đường tới nhóm 2 nhưng chứa đến nơi. (Hoặc đã đến nơi nhưng không biết) Mình là người ăn theo cách như vậy đây và tin vào việc chỉ cần ăn đúng là giảm được cân. Tuy nhiên mình không hiểu tham gia mxh làm gì? Cho những người cùng bị tiểu đường lên hẹn hò cho dễ tâm sự hả các bạn, hay hẹn cùng đi đái ch
