Excellent Watch and Awesome experience with the app

spent 18.99 on a subscription for a watch that doesnt work. Also to add it stopped working AFTER connecting to the app which sent it into a permanent stuck on update screen. So no KoreHealth. Your ascertain its a separate product is not relevant when your app is the one that causes the software error that breaks the watch and leaves it functionally unusable.
