GYNA

GYNA is a platform designed to provide personalized support and monitoring to patients undergoing treatment for gynecological tumors. Its main objective is:

- Follow-up: Offer individualized follow-up throughout the treatment process.
- Accompaniment: Provide emotional support and confidence from diagnosis to treatment.
- Prediction: Anticipate possible risk factors to make personalized preventive decisions.

The platform includes the following main modules:

- Patient environment: Application accessible from mobile devices, where patients can interact with the monitoring service.
- Questionnaires: Clinical monitoring is carried out through health questionnaires based on PRO-CTCAE symptoms, already validated and specifically selected.
- Information: Provides additional content on the pathology and advice to improve the quality of life of patients.
- Predictive analysis: An algorithm that analyzes questionnaire responses to identify and predict associated risk factors.

Remote monitoring is carried out by sending validated questionnaires, which patients complete from the application on their mobile phone. Among the functional features of the app are:

- Surveys: Space where patients can access the questionnaires sent and complete them easily.
- InfoGyna: Section with access to relevant information and resources on the pathology.
- Notices and alerts: An area where patients can consult the alerts generated by the system or receive notices from their medical center, related to their follow-up.

Access will be restricted to patients included in the prospective pilot study developed by the Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid.
