ReadRabbit: Kids Reading Log

Kids reading log: scan a book, check its reading level, track daily progress.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

ReadRabbit is a kids reading log for parents. Scan any book, see whether it
fits your child's reading level, and keep a daily reading log for every reader
in the family.

SCAN A BOOK, GET ITS READING LEVEL
Point your camera at a cover or a barcode. ReadRabbit identifies the book and
gives it a ReadRabbit Reading Score, a 0-1400 reading level on the same scale
as your child, so you can tell in seconds whether a book is too easy, too hard,
or just right. No more guessing in the bookstore aisle.

A READING LOG THAT TAKES ONE TAP
Log reading each day and watch the streak grow. Set a daily reading goal, earn
bronze through platinum reading challenges, and keep a full reading history for
each child. Books move through Reading, Up Next, Paused, and Finished on a
shelf that belongs to that reader.

FIND THE NEXT BOOK
Browse books by grade, by age, and by genre: picture books, chapter books,
middle grade, and young adult. Hand-picked lists include Newbery and Caldecott
winners, bestsellers, new releases, a summer reading list, and a back to school
list of 140 titles from Pre-K through 12th grade. Every recommendation is
matched to your child's reading level, not just what is popular.

BORROW IT FREE FROM YOUR LIBRARY
Choose your public library once and every book gets a borrow link straight into
your library catalog and Libby, so you can check the shelf before you buy.

QUIZZES, VOCABULARY, AND WRITING
Comprehension quizzes and flashcards are generated from the actual book your
child is reading. Vocabulary Spotlight pulls the words worth learning. Writing
Workshop offers book-specific writing prompts, and you can photograph your
child's handwriting for kid-friendly feedback.

PROGRESS REPORTS FOR PARENTS
See reading minutes, books finished, quiz scores, and reading level growth over
time. Pro families get a progress report by email on the first of every month.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Add a profile for each child with their own grade, reading level, and library.
Invite a co-parent so both grown-ups see the same reading log. Grades move up
automatically every September 1.

FREE AND PRO
Free includes one reader and five book scans a month. ReadRabbit Pro unlocks
unlimited readers, unlimited scanning, full progress insights, monthly progress
reports, and every reading activity.

Great for homeschool families, summer reading, reluctant readers, and any
parent who wants to know what their kids are reading and whether it is the
right level.

Parents create and control every profile. Children do not sign in.
