Users appreciate the app for delivering local and statewide news with good navigation and interface improvements. However, there are frequent complaints about app instability, such as crashes and broken links. Many users are frustrated by unexpected subscription fee increases, recurring billing issues, and ads despite paying. Notifications often fail to link correctly to articles, and some report incorrect article attachments to headlines, diminishing user experience.

Cons

Frequent app crashes and hanging reported by multiple users.
Problems with incorrect articles attached to headlines and broken links.
Subscription fee increases and recurring billing without clear notification frustrating users.

This app is a total waste of electrons. Every update breaks something that takes days to fix. Current version cannot access pages that are all graphics as far as I can tell (no comics or classic puzzles). And the subscription price is ridiculous given the quality both of the application and of the content it accesses. Still broken after almost 2 weeks. Can't get any useful support.
