It has a lot of bugs that will close the app. KEEPS CRASHING.

They are in alpha testing phase. Not ready for beta, especially not ready to post to PlayStore. App is not functional. Can't even tell if there are more bugs as it won't let you get out of "enroll do loop." Yes, my Fortran analogy.
